Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

Shipping costs

• Free standard shipping on orders over €49.
• Orders under €49: €6.95 flat rate.

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. If you shop in SEK or DKK, the threshold is converted automatically at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch. Many orders arrive sooner.

Delivery times are estimates. During peak periods (Black Friday, December holidays), carrier delays or extreme weather, please allow a few extra days. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email us and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a full refund.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

Duties and taxes

Prices include VAT where applicable. Norway is outside the EU: any import VAT or fees that apply are shown at checkout.

Wrong address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before your order ships.

Lost or missing parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your parcel, or if it seems lost, email contact@dagvaer.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund if the parcel can't be found.
