Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, you can return it.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it, for any reason. This includes and extends your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and Nordic consumer law.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as you received them, with original tags attached.
  • You may try items on as you would in a shop. If an item shows signs of use beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned.

How to return

  1. Email contact@dagvaer.com with your order number and the items you want to return. You may also use the standard EU withdrawal form, but it is not required.
  2. We'll send you return instructions within one business day.
  3. Send the items back within 14 days of contacting us.

Return shipping costs

If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping is paid by you.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method, including the original standard shipping cost (if you withdraw from your whole order within 14 days of delivery). Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get another size or colour is to return your item and place a new order.

Faulty or damaged items

Please check your order on arrival. If anything is faulty, damaged or wrong, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll fix it straight away, with a replacement or a full refund. Your statutory rights for faulty goods always apply.
