This policy explains how DAGVÆR, operated by SKELIO LLC ("we", "us"), collects and uses your personal data when you visit dagvaer.com or buy from us. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Nordic data protection laws.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact and identity data: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address.
  • Order data: products purchased, order value, order history and returns.
  • Payment data: handled directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and how you use the store, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communication data: messages you send us and your marketing preferences.

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

  • To process, ship and deliver your order and handle returns and refunds (performance of a contract).
  • To answer your questions and provide customer service (performance of a contract / legitimate interest).
  • To send you newsletters and offers, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
  • To show relevant ads and measure their performance, only with your cookie consent (consent).
  • To prevent fraud and keep the store secure (legitimate interest).

We only share your data with service providers who help us run the store: Shopify (e-commerce platform), payment providers, shipping carriers and logistics partners, email service providers, and analytics and advertising partners (only with your consent). SKELIO LLC and some of our providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. We keep order and accounting data for as long as required by tax and accounting laws (usually up to 10 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purposes above.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. All payments are encrypted.
